Trandoshan Slavers Spreading?

Farpoint Valley saw a confrontation last night that almost turned into a firefight when a group of trandoshan, presumably slavers, was confronted by some locals over what is rumored to be an attempt at enslaving a rodian. While the exact details are unknown, witnesses reported that one trandoshan was branded or marked with a knife during the incident, but a fight was avoided.

Afterwards, a larger number of trandoshans were spotted at the scene, though their intent was unknown. This ties in with other reports of slavers being spotted on Tatooine, and may herald increased slaving activity. Potential victims - anyone perceived as "weak", or so it was reported - should be on their guard.

It is to date unknown if this is connected to the hunt for a wookiee that a trandoshan slaving group launched a month ago, in response to the wookiee's rumored anti-slaving and anti-trandoshan activity, but several wookiees have been seen frequenting Farpoint Valley recently.
