Two days ago, the Karthakk system saw more battles between rebel elements and units of the Imperial Navy. Local freighter captains report intense fighting near the jump point Lurid dawn, and a space station near Rebellion Blaze.
While details are sketchy, the fighting seems to have been centered around a rebel transport, a nova courier-class ship. Apparently, the ship escaped the system despite Imperial units in pursuit. Its cargo and destination are unknown, but a similar vessel was sighted some time later, running a blockade in the Corellia system.
Fleet Headquarters did not comment on those incidents, citing operational security as a reason. However, anonymous sources talk about heavy losses, and increasing recruiting efforts by the Navy.
