Imperial patrol attacked in Riva Dorata

Riva Dorata, an expanding town near Kor Vella, on Corellia, was shaken two days ago when a routine patrol of stormtroopers came under attack by three unidentified people. The troopers returned fire, and in the following firefight, which sent civilians to cover, several participants on both sides were wounded.

The attackers were masked, but the general consensus is that they were members of the Alliance to restore the Republic, commonly known as the Rebel Alliance. If this is he beginning of a renewed activity of the rebels on Corellia is not yet known. In the past, Corellia, while not remaining unscathed by the Galactic Civil War, has tried to stay out of the conflict.
