Last night the Galactic Empire sent a task force to secure the hulk of a Corellian corvette in the Yavin system in order to conduct a salvage operation, The task force, built around five gunboats, encountered a massive presence of rebel ships right upon entering the system and ended up in a costly battle of atrition, trying to push towards the objective while rebel fores were ransacking the ship. After an hour of fighting the remains of the task force withdrew to Deep Space.
