Planet: Naboo, Dathomir and Karthakk Systems

Last night the Sector Fleet of the Imperial navy launched Operation Trinity in order to secure control over three contested systems. A task force made of various units was gathered, centered around several gunships and the famous Omega Squadron, then launched into action.
Initially there was little oppositon encountered and the Dathomir and Karthakk System were easily secured. Soon however masssive rebel forces started attacking while an imperial offensive in the Naboo system met heavy resistance. During the following 90 minutes control over the three crucial systems wavered until the imperial forces managed to secure both the Dathomir and the Karthakk systems, driving rebel forces out. Rebel forces remained entrenched in the Naboo system and controlled key space lanes there but overall the Sector Fleet Command considered Operation Trinity a success since the majority of its objectives were achieved.
