Two days ago the Deep Space sector was once again the location of an intense though limited battle between starfighters of the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire. According to reports the Imperial forces held the advanatge until losses accumulated and they were forced to redeploy.
A planned combined arms operation on Dathomir however was cancelled.
The following records were released by the HQ of the Imperia Sector Fleet on Talus and show part of the battle:
