Three days ago the Intergalactic Mining Corporation hired three freighters to transport ore from Farpoint Valley, Tatooine, to the Nova Orion shipyards in Ord Mantell. Veteran captain Inaera Kell flew the YT-2400 "Outlaw's Justice", with Falcun Nix and RLX serving as gunners. Captain Alila Tisoni flew her new YT-2400 class light freighter "Corellian Star", which had replaced her Nova Courier "Selonian Dawn", destroyed in a recent crash, with Liddryyy and Batair Highlander serving as crew. Captain Gloriae piloted the chartered "TTC-Tencilia", another YT-2400, with Ramona and Vorus serving as gunners. Barrenger Fynar flew escort in his Dunelizard "Krayt Dancer".
In the Naboo system the convoy got attacked by a TIE Oppressor, likely a deserter from the the recent Galactic Civil War battle in the Naboo system, and an aging ARC-170. Barrenger Fynar got damaged and disabled, but both attackers were shot down in the following fight.
After receiving repairs in system Fynar rejoined the convoy, which continued to the Ord Mantell system, where it landed on the Nova Orion station without further incidents.
IMC shares rose 2% at the Coronet Stock Exchange following the news.
