Last week the Intergalactic Mining Corporation sent a chartered freighter, the TTC-Tencilia, with a hired crew, from Farpoint Valley, Tatooine, to the Nova Orion Station in Ord Mantell. Falcun Nix piloted the ship, Britney' and Batair Highlander served as gunners. Barrenger Fynar flew escort in his Dunelizard "Krayt Dancer II".
The ships were attacked near the CorSec Wing hyperpoint upon entering the Corellia System by an ARC-170 and took evasive action while flying towards Corellia. The pirate did not break off the pursuit though and continued to press the freighter, even engaging in a dogfight right at an orbital station of Corellia until it was finally shot down.
The TTC-Tencilia had only taken armor damage and both freighter and escort continued towards Ord Mantell withiut further incidents.
IMC's stock rose 2% at the Coronet Stock Exchange following the news.
