Twi'lek murdered in New Doros

Date: 200909
Planet: Talus
Region: New Doros

Story: (Written by the Galactic News Agency, Ramona doesn't write IC).

While Eisley is known as a hive of scum and villainy, other cities seem to be trying to catch up. New Doros is quickly gaining ground in that "competition" as yesterday's events illustrate well.

In the middle of the afternoon patrons inside Club Doros were drawn out by the sounds of blaster fire coming from behind the cantina. The quickest managed to arrive in time to witness the brutal murder of an unarmed Twi'lek woman who was later identified as Te'ne Toba. The victim was killed with a single shot to the head at close range. Local law enforcement was too late to prevent this crime but arrested a suspect. The scene of the crime was cordoned off and on-lookers were interrogated as an investigation was immediately launched.

In what may be a related incident to the murder another unidentified young twi'lek woman was attacked shortly afterwards, close to the scene of the murder. Exact details are unknown at this point but the attack on the twi'lek quickly turned into a firefight involving four armed and armored people, among them a winged woman, with blaster bolts going out in all directions, scattering onlookers. As far as is known the four combattants managed to escape without getting apprehended.

Although this did happen, Krosea later denied even OOCly that he had killed Te'ne Toba, refusing to take responsibility ICly, and OOCly, despite the fact that numerous witnesses OOCly pointed out that he did do it. In reaction, Krosea had retconned the roleplay. You do great news, but this story is unfortunately void now. Blame Krosea please, I did not want to retcon.

Again, please know that I am not trying to bash Krosea. I am simply letting everybody know the roleplay was retconned for that reason. If you were at this event I ask that you ICly forget anything that happened directly or indirectly as a result of this. Although, if it is something between two other characters, feel free to make up another reason. I am not here to limit your roleplay. -Peace
