Two days ago the Corellian city of Kor Vella was shaken by a massive ground battle right on the city borders. According to reports a stormtrooper squad had been investigating a suspicious area near the city and came under fire. The squad sent out a distress call, which was responded by available imperial forces, who went on the offensive after a short bombardment by TIE Bombers. The ground battle went on for some time before order was restored.
