Despite the Galactic Civil War entering what many expect to be its final phase not everyone is preoccupied with the war and violence. While soldiers fight and die others marry - such as Veritas Aequitas, known as "Shade" to his friends, a rascal who the lovely Genivieve will make an honorable man out of today, or so we hope.

This to the horror of Shade's friend Norge Thenoo, who all but freaked out about Shade marrying. Not even the looming threat of death at the hands of an angry wookiee he kept calling an ewok and an equally angry Corellian gunslinger who felt his wife had been insulted as well by Norge's tirades about the evil of marriages nor two bottles of Nova Orion's worst could make him stop complaining about the loss of his friend, as he saw it. Or the insanity - he was a bit hard to follow, at that point, as onlookers testified.

An union less lamented - or at least so we think - will be formed in three days in New Kestic, Lok, when Future Weapon and Droids Systems CEO Amandiona Masnachwr will be marrying Arzesaeth Ernebee, captain of the "Defiant Glory". Amandiona's first marriage has been dissolved and her former husband, Gwreng Masnachwr, has been declared clinically insane, so she is now free to marry Arzesaeth. We haven't been able to determine if Gwreng was insane when he married Amandiona, or became insane during the marriage, but we wish the happy couple all the best!
