As expected earlier this year, last month an imperial precinct was opened in New Kestic, staffed with two officers. Patrols and inspections started though their deployment orders were still being confirmed by FDWS Head of Security Gavriel Deron - a lengthy process due to bureaucratic obstacles.
Soon though the behaviour of the officer in charge got out of bounds. He tried to extort money and valuables from the Future Droids and Weapons corporation, once even threatening the CEO, Amandiona Masnachwr, with a weapon in her own office, then having his underling hurt her.
More threats followed, as well as arrests and even torture of employes of the corporation, leaving several wounded until the security forces of the town were forced to take action against those attacks. The two officers were apprehended after a short struggle. It was just then when it finally was discovered that they had been using forged documentation and had replaced the actualy imperial officer who had been ordered to take over the precinct. His own fate has not been discovered so far but given the ruhtless actions of the two impostors one must fear the worst.
According to the latest reports the two culprits were taken into custody of the Galactic Empire pending further investigations and the precinct remains closed.
